The session happens on an infra red Bio Mat. Aromatherapy is used for a brief guided meditation with samples to take home. Reiki invocation and breathwork. Bronze bowls are laid and vibrated directly on the body starting at the feet and then up the spine. Reiki energy work can be with our without touch on the energy meridians. Session also includes vibrational therapy, soundbath with crystal bowls and gong, bio tuning with tuning forks and koshi chime experience. Immune boosting hot tea is served and concludes with an energy reading.
